Escapees welcomes new chapter director

LIVINGSTON, Texas — Lockie Sailer has been appointed the new chapter director for Escapees RV Club. Her predecessors, Mark and Dortha Hall, resigned in early November.

Sailer comes to Escapees with extensive supervisory and training experience, in both the non-profit sector and in law enforcement, a release from the organization stated. She and her husband of 26 years have been avid RVers since 1997. They have traveled in everything from a pop-up camper to a class-A motorhome. They look forward to traveling with their fellow Escapees. As stated by Sailer, “Escapees combines the open road with friendly and knowledgeable people to make the prospect of full-time RVing an inviting adventure.”

In discussing her goals with Escapees chapters and BoF groups, Sailer cites the variety of groups available as the most enjoyable part of this program. She is eager to continue the Halls’ work in this facet of the Escapees community through improved communication, bringing Escapees members closer together and welcoming new members.
