Cummins adds Walesboro property

(Feb. 28, 2017) -- Columbus-based Cummins has acquired an industrial shell building in Bartholomew County. The nearly 11-acre property at Woodside Northwest Industrial Park in Walesboro was acquired in December for $2.6 million.

COLUMBUS, Ind. — Columbus-based Cummins has acquired an industrial shell building in Bartholomew County. The nearly 11-acre property at Woodside Northwest Industrial Park in Walesboro was acquired in December for $2.6 million.

The plan for the 50,000 square-foot building was originally conceived in 2014 and it was designed to be expandable.
