Couple claims camper’s problems have not been repaired

(March 10, 2017) — A Bossier Parish couple claims a camper they purchased had several defects and that not all of them have been repaired, Louisiana Record reported.

SHREVEPORT, La. – A Bossier Parish couple claims a camper they purchased had several defects and that not all of them have been repaired, Louisiana Record reported.

Jeromy Harris and Rebecca Harris filed a complaint on March 2 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, Shreveport Division against Forest River Inc. alleging that the camper manufacturer violated the Louisiana Products Liability Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on May 27, 2015, they purchased a 2015 Palomino Columbus from defendant’s authorized dealer for $60,063.75.
