Consumers allege purchased RV is defective

NEW ORLEANS, La. — Two Texas residents allege a recreational vehicle they purchased has been damaged by water and has been out of service for more than a year.

Ryan C. Hardin and Robert J. Hardin filed a complaint on March 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana against Forest River and Southern RV and Bank of the West alleging violation of Louisiana Redhibition Laws, The Louisiana Record reported.
