Consumer Affairs’ resource rates RV manufacturers

UNITED STATES — We all need a vacation from time to time. When it comes time to load up and get out of town, nothing adds luxury to travel quite like a recreational vehicle, or RV. RVs come in all shapes and sizes, from luxury-style motorhomes to small camping trailers.

If you’re in the market for an RV, consider first the type of vacations you want to go on. You’ll also want to think about how much space you need and the luxuries-like televisions, recliners and couches-you want to include. Prices range from $10,000 for a simple trailer to $700,000 for a deluxe, luxury motorhome.

But before you buy, take a look at Consumer Affairs’ RV manufacturers guide. Here you can compare reviews of RV manufacturers, learn about the different types of RVs, get common questions answered and more.

  1. Have you actually read Consumer Affairs ratings and reviews? It’s hilarious. They attempt to sound official. Especially with a name like that. They list an RV Dealer as a top 13 RV Manufacturer. They list Gulfsream for example, as a top 13 Manufacturer yet almost every consumer review is 1 star ! Then at the end is the “expert” review who is a 30 something year old PHD!! The “expert” review looks like it’s an auto, template, generic vanilla like substance less rambling. Who are these clowns?

  2. Useless and ‘fake’.. Thor owns Keystone, Dutchman, Jayco which were mentioned in the article. Consumer’s Affairs has never had credibility

  3. It should be renamed to Consumer Complains. No creditably at all to me when every comment is negative.

  4. Yep scam reviews. Like said the 2nd one on the list of “10 best manufacturers” isn’t even a manufacture.

Someone on THIS site needs to do due diligence before posting such junk.
