Colerain Family RV earns Top 5 honors

LAS VEGAS, Nev. — Recreational vehicle trade publication, RV BUSINESS, named Colerain Family RV a 2017 Blue Ribbon Dealership at the Recreational Vehicle Dealers Association convention in Las Vegas on Nov. 8.

The annual award is determined by a panel of RV industry experts and recognizes the top 5 RV dealerships in North America from over 3000 RV retailers. Award winners are chosen for their exemplary performance in technical training, customer service, innovative marketing, civic and charitable involvement.

“It is with great pride that I accept this award on behalf of our over 250 employees whose hard work and dedication to customer service made this recognition possible,” said Chuck Jung, Colerain Family RV executive vice president.

“To be recognized by our peers as one of the premier dealerships in North America reinforces our mission of helping families create an RV experience that builds a lifetime of camping memories,” Jung added.

Founded in 1968, Colerain Family RV operates under their parent company, Family RV Group, located in Colerain, Ohio. Offering an extensive selection of recreational vehicles, Family RV Group operates five RV dealerships, under the brand names Colerain Family RV and Northside Family RV, across the Midwest, specializing in RV sales, service and parts.

In 2018, Colerain Family RV will be celebrating 50 years of service to the RV community.
