Clayton Homes under federal investigation

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Clayton Homes, now owned by a company headed by Warren Buffett, is under federal investigation for discriminatory lending practices, Knox News reported.

Ironically, the investigation was apparently originated by a D.C. crew with a few interesting issues of their own.

In January 2016, Democratic U.S. Rep. Maxine Waters of California and three Democratic congressmen wrote to former Attorney General Loretta Lynch and Richard Cordray, former director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, to “raise our concerns” about loan practices at Clayton Homes and subsidiaries Vanderbilt Mortgage and 21st Mortgage.

  1. Waters is a millionaire that never had a job. She has 3 homes, none in the poverty district she represents. She has the IQ of a box of rocks. Anything she is involved in is suspect of being racist and/or corrupt.

  2. A snake bite at its finest! Let’s see how long Warren Buffet supports the Democrats now!
