Camping World files for secondary offering

NEW YORK — Camping World Holdings has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a secondary offering. The company intends to offer 7 million shares, with an overallotment option for an additional 1 million shares. At the most recent closing price of $31.72, the entire offering is valued up to $253.76 million, according to 247 Wall St.

The company believes that it is the only provider of a comprehensive portfolio of services, protection plans, products and resources for recreational vehicle (RV) enthusiasts.
