Camping World CEO visits Sherman after controversial remarks

SHERMAN, Tex. — The CEO of Gander Mountain and Camping World was in Sherman Thursday to speak to the employees of Sherman’s Camping World store, apologizing for statements he made about the recent violence in Charlottesville, Virgina.

“There’s been a lot of controversy in the media in the last couple of weeks about statements I made and didn’t make and the store manager of Sherman called me and asked me to address the store employees and customers,” said CEO Marcus Lemonis.

  1. H knew what he was saying. He just believes the media hype that everyone hates our president! I think he is finding out that there are many more people who think he did the right thing than not and The emperor is feeling the harsh pushback from his customers! I have cancelled anything to do with CW or GS and will never spend a dime at their stores

    I will never shop anywhere that this guy will profit from.
