(April 28, 2015) -- Brown and Brown Insurance will offer front-end sales training to its RV dealership customers, the company announced this week. Ed Unger, former CEO of Tom Raper RV, will offer onsite training on sales techniques and inventory control.

TAMPA, Fla. — Brown and Brown Insurance will offer front-end sales training to its RV dealership customers, the company announced this week.

Ed Unger, former CEO of Tom Raper RV, will offer onsite training on sales techniques and inventory control.

“We always set ourselves apart with value added service,” said Michael Neal, executive vice president, told RV Daily Report. “We try to represent ourselves as a broker for the dealer and put their interests first.”

The training will be offered free to RV dealers in hopes of boosting more business for Brown and Brown.

“We can’t sell service contracts or insurance until RV dealers sell someone a new or used RV,” Neal explained. “The more RVs they sell, the more insurance we sell.”
