Brook House Farm denied planning permission

(March 30, 2015) -- Brook House Farm Camping and Caravanning Site have been denied planning permission for their site, even though it's been successfully up and running for the last three years - when they got licensed for their camping and caravan areas.

HEYWOOD, England — Brook House Farm Camping and Caravanning Site have been denied planning permission for their site, even though it’s been successfully up and running for the last three years – when they got licensed for their camping and caravan areas, according to The Caravan Times.

Powys County Council planning committee met last week to go over the site’s proposal to bring in five caravan pitches, five camping pods, ten bell tents and ten tents together with the building of a toilet block, shop with cafe, use of land for the storage of five caravans and the formation of a new vehicle access, The Caravan Times explained.

Angharad Richards, Powys planning officer, explained that the authority found many deficiencies in the plan, The Caravan Times reported.
