Berkshire Hathaway’s Dealership, RV maker violate law

(June 15, 2017) -- Berkshire Hathaway's auto dealerships and recreational-vehicle maker have broken Texas' ownership regulations and should lose their licenses, the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles have determined, the WSJ reported.

NEW YORK — Berkshire Hathaway’s auto dealerships and recreational-vehicle maker have broken Texas’ ownership regulations and should lose their licenses, the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles have determined, the WSJ reported.

The state’s law prohibits auto dealerships and vehicle manufacturers from sharing ownership.

  1. Was a BRK-A shareholder for a long time. Warren always followed the law but always had a building full of lawyers and another building full on cash to help make a law he can live with.
