Arizona RV rental dealer files for bankruptcy

(Sept. 23, 2016) -- Onsite Temp Housing Corporation has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection seeking as it seeks to reorganize the RV rental dealership, Inforuptcy.com reported.

PHOENIX — Onsite Temp Housing Corporation has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection seeking as it seeks to reorganize the RV rental dealership, Inforuptcy.com reported.

The company lists assets between $500,001 and $1 million, and liabilities of $1 million to $10 million, the site noted.

The company is facing a massive civil lawsuit filed in February by 16 plaintiffs accusing the company of misleading investors.
