Flood warning for Sacramento River

(March 25, 2011) -- The National Weather Service in Sacramento, Calif. issued a flood warning for the Sacramento River at the Tehama Bridge. The river was expected to rise above flood stage at 213 feet by midnight last night, and rise to nearly 214 feet by early this morning.

Ontario city decides against changing RV parking bylaw
