Standard and Poors cuts Affinity Group bond rating to “D”

(Aug. 19, 2009) -- "While a payment default has not occurred according to the legal provisions of the 10.875 percent notes," said Standard & Poors credit analyst Tulip Lim, "we view an interest or principal payment lapse as a default, even if a grace period exists, in the event that the nonpayment is a function of the borrower being under financial stress and when we are not confident that the payment will be made in full during the grace period." Go RVing wraps up three-day production shoot in Elkhart

City council turns down plans to open RV dealership in New Brunswick

(Aug. 18, 2009) -- The RV Place Ltd., a Saint John company, had applied to rezone five parcels of land located on 994 to 1000 Rothesay Rd. to make way for a new, permanent dealership. But eight residents of the eastern area told council the proposal would change the look and feel of their neighborhood for the worse, increase traffic congestion and worsen flooding problems, among other concerns.
