WY: Council OKs parking lot camp for workers

(May 17, 2017) -- It took three years of conversation and debate but on Monday the Jackson Town Council approved a municipal campground for local employees squeezed by the housing crunch.

JACKSON, Wyo. — It took three years of conversation and debate but on Monday the Jackson Town Council approved a municipal campground for local employees squeezed by the housing crunch.

Sited in the parking lot behind the Teton County/Jackson Recreation Center, the campground will allow 20 people to park overnight from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
