LAKE GENEVA, Wis. — Walworth County officials have rejected a race-discrimination claim seeking $3.5 million filed by the operator of an alleged campground for concert goers at Alpine Valley Music Theatre.

The action by the Walworth County Board means that accused campground operator John Neighbors must take the county to court if he wants to continue pursuing his discrimination claim.
