WA: Council awards Ives Landing bid, prepares for Arbor Day

(April 20, 2017) -- The Ives Landing RV Park renovation and expansion project took a major step forward at the Pateros City Council meeting last April 17, with the selection of DJB Construction, LLC in Wenatchee.

PATEROS, Wash. — The Ives Landing RV Park renovation and expansion project took a major step forward at the Pateros City Council meeting last April 17, with the selection of DJB Construction, LLC in Wenatchee.

DJB’s was one of two bids opened on April 11, and was the lowest at $256,775.34 After reviewing DJB’s performance record and financial status, city engineering consultant, Varela and Associates recommended that the council proceed with the bid award.
