TX: Residents oppose proposal to rezone RV park

(Oct. 9, 2018) -- The Fulton Town Council held a public hearing at its regular meeting Tuesday, Oct. 2 to receive input about Raul Ruvalcaba’s request to rezone 9.2 acres at 120 Wishert Rd. from residential to commercial.

ROCKPORT, Tex. — The Fulton Town Council held a public hearing at its regular meeting Tuesday, Oct. 2 to receive input about Raul Ruvalcaba’s request to rezone 9.2 acres at 120 Wishert Rd. from residential to commercial.

“I’m here to bring some progress to this city,” said Ruvalcaba. “I don’t want to do anything wrong.

“I bought the property so all my sons and friends had a spot. If possible to do without rezoning, I’ll do it.”
