TX: Lawsuit to be settled over RV park

(Dec. 5, 2017) -- A long-running legal dispute involving the city, county and the landowner behind a roughly 44-acre RV park is nearing an end.

DALLAS, Tex. — There are thousands of acres ripe for development just outside McKinney’s city limits, but the city and Collin County disagree on who has the authority to regulate what rises up there.
