DENVER, Colo. — The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado has approved the offering and sale of the Loveland RV Resort at auction on Tuesday, June 18. The property is located off the intersection of 1-25 and the City of Loveland’s Main East / West Exit. The Loveland RV Resort is adjacent to a retail center in Loveland.
Loveland RV Resort consists of 149 pad sites with three contiguous buildings on a 13.47 +/- acre wooded site and features an outdoor swimming pool and other park amenities.

A 2 percent broker cooperation fee is available to licensed real estate brokers.
