His presentation covered topics including: RVIA adopted standards and seals, RV design elements that potentially could impact campground design and a review of the NFPA1194 Standard for Recreational Vehicle Parks and Campgrounds.

This spring meeting offered two days of seminars and workshops that focused on enhancing and improving the skill set and professional development of executive directors and their staffs.

Representatives from Arizona, California, Louisiana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Wisconsin were present.

“This CAMP event provided a great opportunity to build industry relationships, share information about RVIA and work with this vital segment of the RV industry to promote one of RVIA’s core values of creating a positive RV experience for all consumers” said Perkins.
