COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho — A troubled RV park and motel in Coeur d’Alene that sits next to a golf course has been purchased by the course’s parent company.
Dozens of low-income residents of the Cedar Motel and RV Park have been told to leave by May 1. Hagadone Hospitality Co. recently purchased the 2.3-acre property.
The Cedars have been plagued by reports of pools of raw sewage, as the septic systems were repeatedly backed up.
