Ore. Port opens 23-space RV park

(Aug. 9, 2013) -- The Port of St. Helens announced recently that it has opened the Bayport RV Park and Campground inside the Scappoose Bay Marine Park in Warren, reports the St. Helens Chronicle.

WARREN, Ore. — The Port of St. Helens announced recently that it has opened the Bayport RV Park and Campground inside the Scappoose Bay Marine Park in Warren, reports the St. Helens Chronicle.

The RV park has 23 spaces, all with fire rings, 20- and 30-amp power, and water, says the St. Helens Chronicle. The spaces are also extra wide to accommodate campers who want to bring their boat along and launch it at the marina.

Space fees will be $28 per night with a maximum stay of seven nights, which includes power and water hookups. Although upgrades were made to the marine park’s septic system, the RV spaces do not have septic hook-ups, writes the St. Helens Chronicle.
