OK: Campers stranded after severe flooding in Johnson County

(July 5, 2017) -- Several campers trying to celebrate Fourth of July weekend are now stranded after severe storms cause flooding.

JOHNSTON COUNTY, Okla. — Several campers trying to celebrate Fourth of July weekend are now stranded after severe storms cause flooding.

“We camped and had our little camper backed up right here. Our fire and our little kitchen area here.”

Becky Griffin, from Ada, has been camping in the Blue River area in Johnston County since Sunday.
