OH: Town turns down campground proposal

(Feb. 6, 2017) -- Harrison Township rejected a proposed campground that would have stood on the east side of Outville. The township's Board of Zoning Appeals made the move during a Jan. 24 meeting.

OUTVILLE, Ohio — Harrison Township rejected a proposed campground that would have stood on the east side of Outville.

The township’s Board of Zoning Appeals made the move during a Jan. 24 meeting.

Gale Road resident Glen Gram had submitted a conditional use application seeking to develop a family-owned and family-operated campground and recreational property. The property would have covered nearly 16 acres at 4991 Blacks Road.
