NC: Currituck County RV park sold for $4 million

(July 4, 2018) -- Hampton Lodge Campround/BGP Properties sold the resort to 85’ and Sunny, according to a July 2 news release. S.L. Nusbaum was the broker.

CURRITUCK, N.C. — A 20th century waterfront hunt club turned RV resort in Currituck County, NC recently sold for $4 million.

Hampton Lodge Campround/BGP Properties sold the resort to 85’ and Sunny, according to a July 2 news release. S.L. Nusbaum was the broker.

The Hampton Lodge property originally served as a destination lodge for wealthy industrialists to hunt and fish. It was transformed in the 1960s into an RV resort.
