N.H.: Brentwood campground being sold for development

(Nov. 17, 2017) -- A popular local vacation destination for more than 50 years, 3 Ponds Campground is being sold to a developer planning a 55 and over housing project.

BRENTWOOD, N.H. — A popular local vacation destination for more than 50 years, 3 Ponds Campground is being sold to a developer planning a 55 and over housing project.

The campground at 146 North Road will remain open for one more season before developer Joseph Falzone of Harbor Street Limited Partnership takes ownership of the 120-plus acres next September.

  1. No surprise as a developer finished the project and takes his money never to be seen again. Short term for profit instead of working for pay. See many things torn down here by developers.
