MT: Evergreen floodplain area eyed for RV park

(July 31, 2018) -- Fill dirt being hauled to property in a floodplain behind Nickel Charlie’s in Evergreen is a precursor to a potential recreational vehicle park development, according to Flathead County Planning Director Mark Mussman.

KALISPELL, Mont. — Fill dirt being hauled to property in a floodplain behind Nickel Charlie’s in Evergreen is a precursor to a potential recreational vehicle park development, according to Flathead County Planning Director Mark Mussman.

Michael Seaman, owner of Patty Seaman Homes, has a floodplain development permit to bring in “tens of thousands” of cubic yards of fill to a 7-acre low-lying site, Mussman said.
