CAMDEN COUNTY, Mo. — A former Yurt Resort at the Lake is likely going to be redeveloped… but it’s not clear what kind of use the county will allow.

Raymond Anderson originally requested the rezoning on the 31-acre property for the purpose of developing an RV Park. Since Anderson purchased the property from former owner Larry Owens, he has been cleaning up trash and yurts off the property for six months.

  1. I’d consider getting the feds involved. If the neighbors don’t like RVs they will probably certainly love section 8 housing!
