TUCSON, Ariz. — Kampgrounds of America recently bought the Lazydays RV Campground for $4.35 million. Lazydays RV will continue to operate its Tucson dealership and service center. The two companies will work together to promote both businesses, according to Arizona Daily Star.

“It’s a marriage that works well for both of us,” Randy Lay, chief financial officer for Lazydays, told Arizona Daily Star. “KOA has a broad network of campgrounds, and our customer bases are very similar.”

Lay mentioned to Arizona Daily Star, Lazydays thought the campground should be run by the “best of the best” so it could focus on the dealership and service center.
