IN: Ouabache State Parks hosts Tidbit Tuesday for kids

(June 22, 2017) -- Ouabache State Park will hold a series of programs for homeschool families and other children ages 5 to 18. Tidbit Tuesdays kick off with "Animal Fact Families" June 27, 9 to 11 a.m.

INDIANAPOLIS — Ouabache State Park will hold a series of programs for homeschool families and other children ages 5 to 18. Tidbit Tuesdays kick off with “Animal Fact Families” June 27, 9 to 11 a.m.

The Tidbit Tuesday Series feature hands-on educational activities with a fast pace. Future programs include Birds of a Feather on July 25, and Survival Skills on Aug. 22.

Participants are encouraged to register at 260.468.2127.

The first program is free after paying the standard park entrance fee of $7 per in-state vehicle and $9 per out-of-state vehicle. Donations are accepted to assist in the care of the live animals at this program.
