DUBUQUE, Iowa — Dubuque officials are calling it a season for an oft-flooded park and campground.

Miller Riverview Park and Campground are closed for the 2018 season due to flooding on the Mississippi River, the city announced Tuesday.

Refunds will be issued for reservations already made this season.
