SHOW LOW, Ariz. — A golf tournament at Juniper Ridge RV Resort, sponsored by Blue Diamond Home and RV, will feature a fantastic prize for a hole-in-one, but the golfer must make the shot using a specially designed golf ball, the White Mountain Independent reported.

The prize is a brand new 2010 Deluxe E8400 Chariot Eagle Park Model Home, valued at more than $50,000. It includes 9-foot ceilings, almost 400 square feet of living space, with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, with a fancy glass stovetop and all cherry wood cabinets.

The private golf course is an 18-hole Cayman Course modeled like those designed by Jack Nicklaus for playing in the Cayman Islands, which had limited space for a championship golf course. Engineers designed a special Cayman golf ball for use on the course, the Indpendent reported. Made of heavy duty plastic, the ball is hollow, has “pimples instead of dimples,” and travels about two-thirds the distance of a regular golf ball.
