GOULD, Colo. – State Forest State Park announced today it will offer its annual outdoor cooking class July 9 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Ranger Lakes Amphitheater.

“If you have ever wanted to learn to cook more than just hot dogs, hamburgers or s’mores over a campfire, then this is the program for you,” said Kristin Brumfield, communications director for Colorado State Parks. “We will have a great time making a number of different foods that are simple, inventive and fun. And, we’ll do it all outside, over a fire.”

Samples will be provided, but not an entire meal.
