Candlelight tours at Lewis & Clark Caverns

(Nov. 19, 2015) -- Holiday candlelight tours will be held at Lewis and Clark Caverns State Park during December. Tickets go on sale Nov. 30.

MISSOULA, Mont. — Holiday candlelight tours will be held at Lewis and Clark Caverns State Park during December. Tickets go on sale Nov. 30, according to The Missoulan.

See the colorful limestone formations lit by the soft and festive glow of candle lanterns. This guided, two-mile tour takes approximately two hours to complete, The Missoulan explained.

For safety reasons, the upper half of the caverns will be shown with the lights on. The lower half of the cave will be by candlelight.
