CA: Decision signed for campground hazard tree salvage

(Nov. 13, 2017) -- Acting Grindstone District Ranger Tony Saba has signed a decision memo to implement the Sugarfoot Glade Campground Hazard Tree Salvage Project in Tehama County.

MENDOCINO NATIONAL FOREST, Calif. — Acting Grindstone District Ranger Tony Saba has signed a decision memo to implement the Sugarfoot Glade Campground Hazard Tree Salvage Project in Tehama County.

This consists of removal and salvage of up to 72 cut hazard trees within an approximate 3.2-acre area, centered on the Sugarfoot Glade Campground, approximately 32 miles northwest of Orland.
