(April 5, 2018) -- The Springdale Planning Commission unanimously approved a plan for a campsite on scenic landscape that hugs the Razorback Greenway. But some neighbors say they aren't too fond of the idea of overnight guests.

SPRINGDALE, Ark. — The Springdale Planning Commission unanimously approved a plan for a campsite on scenic landscape that hugs the Razorback Greenway. But some neighbors say they aren’t too fond of the idea of overnight guests.

“The use of that space has been for unique events and special occasions, but unless someone was invited to one of those events, you probably would never be there,” said Kelly Syre, the executive director of the Downtown Springdale Alliance.
