Alberta: Changes for county campground fees

(April 13, 2018) -- "We just wanted to encourage group bookings at some of the sites where perhaps there isn't a designated group area," said Parks and Recreation Manager Christine Rawlins. "So, if someone were to book multiple sites, then there would be a progressive discount for five to 20 per cent, depending on the site they would be reserving on behalf of other friends or family members."

GRAND PRAIRIE, Alberta — County of Grande Prairie Council has approved some changes to camping fees.

The cost for group bookings at all campgrounds except Pipestone will be lowered.
