125 years of state parks

(Jan. 21, 2016) -- Earlier this month, Minnesota kicked off outdoor activities at Fort Snelling State Park, representing all state parks and trials. There will be special activities planned throughout 2016 to note the 125th anniversary.

DETROIT LAKES, Minn. — This year marks 125 years, that’s a quasquicentennial, of the Minnesota parks and trails system.
