(March 11, 2010) -- Not long ago, the 28-acre Lazy Lakes RV Resort had been slated for condo construction. However, when housing values declined, the bulldozer was stopped in its tracks. Today the land is part RV park, part outdoor music venue, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reported.

(March 10, 2010) -- The Beaver RV Park will have lower rates on some services this year, but it will still not offer flush toilets or showers, the city council decided last week, the Lovely County Citizen reported. In fact, the Army Corps of Engineers gave the city permission to return to using portable toilets to save costs from pumping the park's 2,000-gallon tanks.

(March 10, 2010) -- After the cost for land rose, officials with the Montana State Fish, Wildlife and Parks have scaled back plans and will now acquire 6,224 acres of land for $17.35 million to create Fish Creek state park, the Missoulian reported.
