SALT LAKE CITY, Utah -- ADP Lightspeed announces its next webinar in the Find Hidden Cash Series will take place March 25 at 1 p.m. EDT.
After reviewing a study of 600 dealers’ performance, Hal Ethington, senior consultant for data analysis, will present how successful dealers are increasing their revenue in the face of economic turmoil.
In the study Ethington identified three groups -- low, middle and high performers -- then analyzed what the high group was doing to surpass for the rest of the industry. He found four specific areas where the dealers in the highest group outperformed the rest of the market. Then, using the performance numbers of the highest group, Ethington found that the low end dealers lost $140,000 dollars per location based on their performance in the four areas of emphasis.
