(March 31, 2010) -- Last month climber Greg Vernovage stood atop the tallest peak in South America and unfurled the Torklift International colors over the summit of Mount Aconcagua. Next month, the Torklift International flag will be with Vernovage atop Mount Everest.

(March 31, 2010) -- As to the park's resale policy, the court ruled the prohibition on advertising is both an invalid prior restraint and impermissibly vague. As to the park's proposed rent increase, the court concluded a preliminary injunction preventing the park from increasing rent was an abuse of discretion by the trial court.

(March 31, 2010) -- A year-end report shows campers at Arkansas Headwaters Recreation Area increased 12 percent from 2008 with 33,682 campers visiting area parks in 2009 compared to 30,058 campers in 2008. Total activities were up 2.9 percent, the paper reported.
