I would be interested in what you find on the legal matters.

I have learned that Indian Waters has now discontinued honoring WHR members, as have others. The resorts in our state, WA, have all been sold. Our home park, Camp Verde, has been sold.

This is criminal.

it would be good if something could be done. WHR has threatened memebers and investigators if they persue legal actions that they would declare bankruptcy. Jim Loken has been on this site accusing members of what ever. One wonders if the members could not take over the remaining parks and run them...

(July 20, 2010) -- Earl Allen, of CSRA Camperland, told WRDW that 90 percent of the units have some damage. Even worse, the trailers are simply not designed for recreational travel, even though they are often sold that way. Most of the FEMA units do not have on-board water and waste storage tanks. Without those tanks, many state parks will not allow the campers to be used, Allen told WRDW.
