The cost of fueling an RV

WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. -- "It did surprise me, I will admit that it's so crowded here and people don't seem to mind. They're talking $5.00 a gallon by summer and this place is packed," Beverly Ballette, a Connecticut resident visiting the Springfield RV, Camping and Outdoor show, told WWLP-TV.

Gas prices around Western Massachusetts are now more than $3.50 per gallon, the station noted.

The Oil Price Information Service expects that gas prices will be up to about $4.25 at the end of April and some expect that we could get as high as $5 by Memorial Day. That would mean that filling up a motor home could cost you over $600, WWLP reported.
