NORTH OGDEN, Utah -- Residents living on smaller lots are struggling to comply with the city's RV ordinance, so the Ogden City Council is considering changes that would help them, writes StandardNet.
StandardNet reports that under the current ordinance, RVs cannot be parked in driveways unless they are 21 feet from the sidewalk, or they must be parked in a side yard. RVs can also only be parked in front of the house for up to two days, and only for loading and unloading purposes.
Changing the setback to 10 feet instead of 21 feet was suggested, writes StandardNet.
