HUDSON FALLS, N.Y. -- A law passed unanimously by Village Board members in attendance restricts living in and storing recreational vehicles, reports the Glens Falls Post-Star.
According to the news report, the law requires that recreational vehicles and utility trailers stored on private property be operable, that they cannot be used as residential dwellings, and they can be stored on the owners' property as long as they are set back from the adjacent property line by at least 2 feet.
