VANCOUVER, Wash. -- Roadmaster's Quiet Hitch stops sway and wander before it begins by eliminating any free play between the receiver and the tow bar (or bike rack, ball mount or whatever users insert) for a solid, seamless connection, the company announced today.

Consistent pressure keeps the towing combination tracking straight through crosswinds, curves and sudden maneuvers -- all with considerably less effort on an RVer's part, said Bob Vondra, marketing director.

Quiet Hitch also reduces tire wear, as well as wear and tear on the hitch and the receiver, by eliminating free play, he noted.

Especially effective on towing combinations with multiple hitch extensions, Quiet Hitch also reduces rattle caused by bike racks or hitch accessories. Other features include:

  • Bolts on in seconds
  • Designed for two-inch hitch receivers
