MONUMENT, Colo. -- The Rock Tamers adjustable and movable mud flap system helps RV owners protect their units and towed cars by beating down rocks and other road debris that could be flung behind a tow vehicle.
With its easy-on, easy-off feature, users simply remove a hitch pin to install or remove the device. No drilling is required. However the center hub requires 1-inch of free space on the ball mount shank.
The flaps, which secure to the vehicle via a 2-inch mount, are adjustable to fit almost any tow vehicle. The flaps measure 23.875 inches long by 24.25 inches tall, and can be adjusted from 66.75 inches to 97 inches wide.
Its forged aluminum hub and arms and stainless sleeved steel rods make the Rock Tamer strong enough to stop flying debris in nearly any condition. They are made of UV-protected matte black finish with stainless and chrome-plated hardware.
