(Nov. 29, 2011) -- The warehouse is located 47 miles east of Dallas/Ft. Worth and houses approximately 15,000-square-feet of space complete with offices and conference room. The new facility will allow BR Wholesale RV and Marine to build their West Coast call center and expand their calling hours.

(Nov. 29, 2011) -- The lawsuit, filed Monday in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, states that MTI had developed a unique, “combination airborne substance detector.” The lawsuit alleges that Atwood had “actual and constructive” notice of the patent before suit was filed, but continues to infringe the patent “in complete disregard of MTI’s rights.”
